- Amir Al Din Company for Trading & Agencies Ltd. (Medical & Pharmaceuticals division) is a privately owned family enterprise established and registered in 1996 in Sana'a – Republic of Yemen.
- The company is established by Mr. Mohammed Amir Al Din. There are no partners or shareholders for Amir Al Din Co.
- The company is registered under the Ministerial Resolution No. (354) and Commercial Reg. No.: 21/2143. Also the company was registered as full-fledged member of Chamber of Commerce and Industry under No. (13315).
- The company started activity by bidding for government tenders early 1997. Afterwards the company extended activity, as an exclusive pharmaceutical agent, covering all Yemen territory.
- Now the main activities of the company are; importation, distribution and marketing of pharmaceuticals and medical appliances in addition to bidding for government and non government tenders.
- Since early established, Amir Al Din acquired an excellent and long experience in fields of pharmaceuticals and medical appliances. The company enjoyed excellent and sound relationship with valuable clients in both governmental and public sectors.
- According to statistical reports from the Ministry of Health, Amir Al Din scored high level in importing medical commodity compared with other companies working in the same field.
- The company has a wide marketing network of sale offices (branches) and local agents at main towns and cities to cover the whole territory. Company's main headquarters located at the capital city Sana'a (our location).
- The company has a research department for making research studies prior to registering or launching any product in to the market to ensure successful marketing.
